Sa-ard's Watersports Activity Center was established in November 1999 by founder and former windsurfing Olympian Sa-ard Panyawan.

Stationed at Paradise Resort in Maenam, Samui Palm Beach Resort in Bophut, and The Pavilion Resort in Lamai. All stations offer a full range of watersport activities and services, and are staffed 7 days a week.
Sa-ard can often be seen giving windsurfing and sailing classes, or as the captain on the private speed boat charters.
